GMS July Release
We have released the GMS updates for Android 9<https://support.google.com/androidpartners_gms/answer/6173316>. This release will be required for GMS approvals from September 16, 2019.

In this release:
· GooglePackageInstaller has been updated to version 9-5646008 that fixes CVE-2019-2114.
· GmsCore has been updated to the latest version 17.7.85 that supports Google Digital Wellbeing and Parental Controls feature.
IMPORTANT NOTE
· As previously announced<https://groups.google.com/a/partner.android.com/forum/?hl=en#!topic/gms/zQ_vCMTTmR0>, all new Android 9 or 10 devices, and the devices upgrading to Android 9 or 10 will be required to integrate Digital Wellbeing and Parental Controls feature, from September 3, 2019, as published in the Android Q Documentation page<https://support.google.com/androidpartners_gms/answer/9244789> in the GMS Help Center. If you choose to integrate Google Digital Wellbeing solution, please make sure preload the version of GmsCore and Google Digital Wellbeing app included in July GMS release.
